Once your system is ready, the certification audit is booked with your independent, JAS-ANZ-accredited certification body, which sets its own audit dates and decides on certification.

Your certification body will tell you what needs to be addressed and by when. On MANAGE and LEAD, if a minor nonconformity is raised during the certification audit, PSMG supports you through the corrective action process at no additional charge.

PSMG builds and prepares your management system. An independent, JAS-ANZ-accredited certification body then audits and issues the certificate. PSMG and the certification body are completely separate; the accreditation rules certification bodies work under require it.

Yes. Tiers can be adjusted at the start of each annual contract period. We'll recommend a change if we believe it's in your best interest.

ISO 9001:2026 is the new edition of the international quality management standard, published by ISO on 16 September 2026. If you’re certified to ISO 9001:2015, your certificate remains valid during the transition, and you’ll need to move to the 2026 edition before the transition period ends. The length of that period, and when JAS-ANZ-accredited certification bodies will begin auditing to the 2026 edition, have not yet been formally confirmed — your certification body will confirm its transition arrangements. PSMG can assess your current system against the 2026 edition and plan the move with you, and every quote states which edition we’re building to.
