ProShot Management Group Pty Ltd (ACN 652 670 632, ABN 68 139 132 383) (“PMG”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with our website (psmg.com.au) and our ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 consulting services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Do the Australian Privacy Principles apply to us?

Small businesses with annual turnover of $3 million or less are generally exempt from the Privacy Act 1988. Regardless of whether this exemption strictly applies to PMG, we have chosen to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles as a matter of good practice, because in the course of our consulting engagements we may handle information relating to our clients’ own employees and contractors (for example, in WHS incident records, audit findings, or training attendance) as part of delivering ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 services.

2. What personal information do we collect?

We collect personal information in the following ways:

  • Through our website contact form, which asks for: first name, last name, email address, subject, and message content.
  • Through direct contact — phone (1300 810 127), email (info@pspmg.com.au), or in-person/video meetings — where you provide your name, contact details, and details of your enquiry.
  • In the course of delivering consulting services to clients, where client organisations may provide us with information about their own personnel, contractors, or site visitors for the purposes of quality management (ISO 9001) or work health and safety management (ISO 45001) — for example, names in training records, incident reports, internal audit findings, or non-conformance reports.
  • Automatically via our website, through basic hosting-level analytics provided by our web host (see Section 5, “Cookies and tracking”).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health information) about website visitors through the contact form. Sensitive information about a client’s personnel that may appear in WHS records is provided to us by the client in the course of the engagement, and is handled under the terms of our services agreement with that client as well as this policy.

3. How do we use personal information?

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries submitted through our website or by phone/email;
  • Provide quotes, proposals, and ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 consulting services;
  • Administer client engagements, including scheduling, invoicing, and reporting;
  • Improve our website and services; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use personal information for direct marketing without consent, and any marketing communications will include an option to opt out.

4. Who do we disclose personal information to?

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Certification bodies, where required as part of an ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 certification pathway, and only with the client’s knowledge as part of that process;
  • Our own service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our website host, GoDaddy, and email provider), who are only permitted to use the information to provide services to us;
  • Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) where reasonably necessary; and
  • Regulators or authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website is hosted on GoDaddy Managed WordPress. As part of that hosting service, GoDaddy runs its own basic site-analytics scripts to measure website performance and usage. As of the last review of this policy (28 July 2026), we have not installed Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or tracking tool on this website.

If that changes in future — for example, if we add Google Analytics or an advertising pixel — we will update this policy and our cookie banner accordingly before those tools go live.

6. How do we store and protect personal information?

Personal information is stored electronically, using reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

7. Access and correction

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details in Section 9. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity before providing access.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us using the details below so we can investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
