This policy applies to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and integrated management system consulting engagements booked through ProShot Management Group Pty Ltd (ACN 652 670 632, ABN 68 139 132 383) (“PMG”, “we”, “us”), whether booked via our website or arranged directly.
1. Our approach
If you cancel an engagement partway through, we refund you for any portion of the engagement that has not yet been delivered. In other words, your refund is pro-rated to reflect the work PMG has actually completed at the time of cancellation, not the full amount originally paid.
2. How the refund is calculated
- For one-off, fixed-scope packages (for example, a Gap Analysis or a Tender Ready Package), refund amounts are calculated case-by-case, based on the proportion of agreed work actually completed at the time of cancellation. We will provide you with a clear written breakdown of how the amount was calculated before finalising any refund.
- For monthly retainer packages (MAINTAIN / MANAGE / LEAD / YOURS), work completed and invoiced for the current billing month is not refunded; any pre-paid amount for a future period not yet delivered is refunded in full, less any work already performed in that period.
- Any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, certification body audit fees already paid) are not refundable by PMG, as these are payable to a third party rather than retained by us.
3. How to request a cancellation or refund
To cancel an engagement, contact us as soon as possible using the details below. We will confirm in writing the amount of work completed, the amount refundable, and the timeframe for processing the refund – typically within 14 business days.
4. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law’s consumer guarantees, which cannot be excluded.
